We design and engineer custom industrial combustion systems capable of burning singular or multiple fuels from leading suppliers in Canada, and from around the world. Our day-to-day work includes:

SERVICE & PREVENTATIVE MAINENANCE
We offer 24-hour, 7 day-a-week service because we know that when your systems aren’t running optimally, you are not able to work to your full potential. We service industrial burners from all manufacturers, such as Eclipse, North American, Maxon, Hauck, Weishaupt and many more, but regardless of make, we can look after any singular and multi-fueled burner system. Some of the most common timed service calls we make include:
Custom-fitted maintenance programs to increase productivity by decreasing system down time
System safety checks (as required by your insurance company) that include: burner system safety interlock checks/tests, SSOV safety valve leak testing, external gas piping leak testing, burner and related component, condition assessments complete with recommendations and so much more.

Two words: turn-key. It’s what we’re all about and it’s what we stand for. Whether you need a new customized industrial combustion system, an upgrade to an existing system, or a structural alteration, we perform complete furnace rebuilds, including all mechanical and electrical work, in-house or in the field. We also have certified welders on staff that can supply gas supply lines to your equipment if needed. And most importantly, all of our installations are code compliant based on the local authority having jurisdiction. (ie. TSSA, ESA, FM, IRI, etc.).
FABRICATION
For the last 20+ years, our go-anywhere attitude has given us the opportunity to fabricate just about any type of system that helps you do what you do best. We’ve designed and built TSSA compliant: air heaters, air heat burner ducts, bins, furnaces, heat exchanges, hot water tanks, immersion tubes, parts washers, radiant tubes, spray wash tanks, oxidizers, stacks and much more.
