SYSTEM DESIGN & g1 SERVICE TECHNICIAN

For the last 40+ years, Dave has worked with industrial combustion systems where his formal and informal education has been invaluable. He enjoys the variety that Associated is founded on and takes pride in coming up with creative solutions to challenges that exist for customers., including custom builds and modified existing systems.

On a day-to-day basis, Dave is always furthering his working knowledge of newer technologies and methodologies. He looks to customers to share their ideas so he can build what’s needed or, when appropriate, refurbish something that already exists.

Since 2003, Dave has enjoyed being part of a small, yet powerful business that understands the meaning of ‘team’. He prides himself on trusted relationships he’s formed, and that continue in the many years to come.

Matt Bukata
sales

With over 20 years working in thermal processing sales, Matt’s day-to-day activities for the last 10+ years at ACI has included business building and connecting with current clients, as well as overall strategic direction for the company. He’s passionate about future growth and spends his time working on developing account segments, promotions, manufacturing, prospects and partnerships.

Looking back, Matt received his undergraduate degree from McMaster University and has furthered his education in the Ferrous/Non-Ferrous Metallurgical Program which gives him additional expertise in heat treating. Today, he’s working completing the Business Management + Admin program at McMaster University’s Centre for Continuing Education (CCE).

Matt knows the power of teamwork and finds the balance of expertise, knowledge and experience at Associated one of its most valuable assets for customers. When not at work, Matt spends his time coaching youth sports and enjoys various other community initiatives.

adam hoar
operations

Adam has spent the last 20+ years in the field, working on custom metal fabrication, installation and service in a variety of industries and for a large number of customers. He works with his  team to prioritize, design and build current jobs that are always on the go.

As a key member of the team, he enjoys the daily challenge of looking for unique solutions for their wide customer base. With a G1 gas-fitter license and as a TSSA certified welder, his hands-on experience over the years has given him the opportunity to make customized systems run optimally and efficiently, ultimately helping businesses grow.

In 2004, Adam joined Associated and to this day, he and the team work to ensure they help businesses do what they do, only better.
